A handcrafted cocktail recipe journal, personalized with initials or name to become a treasured companion for every well-made drink.

The Mix Manual is a stylish little black book for mixologists who take their cocktails seriously. Made by hand in our Charlottesville, Va. workshop, each book features a distinctive personalized cover making the A6 volume unmistakably one's own.

Thoughtful Construction - Built to capture details of the craft without crowding one's bar space, the Mix Manual pairs a 22 pt kraft chipboard cover with a sturdy 60 pt black book board backing. Dual ½" antique brass wire binding allows the book to lie completely flat while mixing, and a ¼" elastic band keeps everything secure between sessions.

50 Recipe Sheets - Inside, are 50 recipe sheets printed on smooth 80 lb. Mohawk Superfine ivory paper. Each sheet provides dedicated space for ingredients, proportions, and mixing instructions, with the reverse left blank for tasting notes, variations, or original creative experiments.

Personalization - The Mix Manual is personalized with up to two lines of text (16 characters per line, including spaces) in all-caps Futura, positioned below the cocktail icon as shown.

How soon will my order ship?

All of our notebooks are custom made and ship within 3-5 business days of order receipt.

Can I request additional customization on my bespokebook order?

We make every effort to accommodate special requests. Small changes can often be made at no additional charge. Larger changes to cover and page designs and custom orders are quoted based on the scope of work. Email us at hello@littlebspokebooks.com to inquire.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently offer shipping to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Switzerland.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs duties or VAT may be charged by your country upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

How are the notebooks packaged?

Our journals dress for travel. Every bespokebook is carefully wrapped in tissue and packaged securely for shipping. Our standard packaging is gift-ready – no additional wrapping is needed.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! Our journals arrive beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Just use the Special Instructions at checkout to let us know it's a gift, and we'll exclude pricing from the packing slip. You can also include a gift message.

What is your return policy?

Because our notebooks are custom made and personalized, they are not returnable. Please be sure to check your personalization instructions carefully. In the event of a personalization error on our part, we will offer a speedy replacement at no charge or a refund.
