The to-do list that manifests success, the Veni Vidi Vici Task Manager is designed for tackling projects with the confidence of a Roman emperor and the spirit of an optimist. Constructed by hand in our Charlottesville, Va. workshop, this long-format notebook features a minimalist checklist to conquer mental clutter and distill complicated projects into smaller, manageable tasks. 

Thoughtful Construction - The notebook features a durable 22 pt chipboard cover paired with a rigid book board backing for stability while writing. Black wire binding allows pages to turn smoothly and lie flat, while a black elastic band keeps the notebook secure between working sessions.

50 Task Pages - Inside are 50 single-sided task pages printed on archival-quality Mohawk Superfine 80 lb ultrawhite paper. Each page includes space for a project name, start date, a structured checklist, and a notes section. Blank backs provide room for extra notes, planning detours, or ideas that emerge mid-task.

Purposeful Design - The interior layout balances structure and flexibility: enough guidance to keep projects on track, enough openness to adapt as plans evolve. 

Personalization - The Veni Vici Vici Task Manager can be personalized with up to 12 characters (name or initials) in Helvetica, positioned on the cover as shown.

How soon will my order ship?

All of our notebooks are custom made and ship within 3-5 business days of order receipt.

Can I request additional customization on my bespokebook order?

We make every effort to accommodate special requests. Small changes can often be made at no additional charge. Larger changes to cover and page designs and custom orders are quoted based on the scope of work. Email us at hello@littlebspokebooks.com to inquire.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently offer shipping to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Switzerland.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs duties or VAT may be charged by your country upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

How are the notebooks packaged?

Our journals dress for travel. Every bespokebook is carefully wrapped in tissue and packaged securely for shipping. Our standard packaging is gift-ready – no additional wrapping is needed.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! Our journals arrive beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Just use the Special Instructions at checkout to let us know it's a gift, and we'll exclude pricing from the packing slip. You can also include a gift message.

What is your return policy?

Because our notebooks are custom made and personalized, they are not returnable. Please be sure to check your personalization instructions carefully. In the event of a personalization error on our part, we will offer a speedy replacement at no charge or a refund.
