The Vinyl Volume is a thoughtfully designed record collection log book for cataloging and archiving a vinyl collection. Built around the details serious collectors track—from pressing information and matrix numbers to condition grading and acquisition history—it combines archival-quality materials with a clean, modern design. An essential companion for music collectors or a distinctive gift for someone building a lifelong collection.

Structured Catalog Pages - An index at the front is followed by 50 double-sided catalog pages printed on extra-heavy archival quality 100 lb Mohawk Superfine UltraWhite Smooth paper. Each entry provides space for artist, album title, label, release year, catalog number, country of pressing, vinyl color, format, speed, vinyl weight, acquisition date, purchase price, source, matrix and runout inscriptions, media condition, sleeve condition, complete track listing, personal rating, and notes. Space for a cover artwork sketch or printout is included on every entry.

Durable Construction - The Vinyl Volume pairs a 350 gsm Colorplan cover in choice of Adriatic Blue, Cherry, or Citrine with a 60 lb black book board backing for rigidity and durability. Black wire binding allows the book to lie completely flat while writing.

Personalization - Personalization is included with every volume. Add a name, initials, collection title, date, or short inscription to the cover—two lines, up to 20 characters per line, as shown. Text-only personalization.

How soon will my order ship?

All of our notebooks are custom made and ship within 3-5 business days of order receipt.

Can I request additional customization on my bespokebook order?

We make every effort to accommodate special requests. Small changes can often be made at no additional charge. Larger changes to cover and page designs and custom orders are quoted based on the scope of work. Email us at hello@littlebspokebooks.com to inquire.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently offer shipping to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Switzerland.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs duties or VAT may be charged by your country upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

How are the notebooks packaged?

Our journals dress for travel. Every bespokebook is carefully wrapped in tissue and packaged securely for shipping. Our standard packaging is gift-ready – no additional wrapping is needed.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! Our journals arrive beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Just use the Special Instructions at checkout to let us know it's a gift, and we'll exclude pricing from the packing slip. You can also include a gift message.

What is your return policy?

Because our notebooks are custom made and personalized, they are not returnable. Please be sure to check your personalization instructions carefully. In the event of a personalization error on our part, we will offer a speedy replacement at no charge or a refund.
